1. Return Eligibility

You can request a return if:
✔ The item is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival.
✔ The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags attached.
✔ The request is made within 7 days from the date of receipt.

Items that cannot be returned:
❌ Used, washed, or damaged items (unless they arrived defective).
❌ Items without original packaging or tags.
❌ Swimwear that has been worn for hygiene reasons (unless faulty).

2. How to Request a Return

2️⃣ Our team will review your request and provide return instructions. 
3️⃣ Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund or replacement. 

3. Refund Process

• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method or as store credit.
• Processing time: 7 business days after receiving the returned item.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our mistake.

4. Exchange Policy
